SWEET GARDEN SUITE

One bedroom

You have private parking and a SEPARATE ENTRANCE. There is outdoor seating in the garden on your own deck.

The newly renovated suite is approximately 600 sq. feet on TWO FLOORS. My Sweet Garden Suite is small for a house but large for guest accommodation.

As soon as you walk in there is a comfortable seating area, with a new large gas FIREPLACE for cooler or romantic nights. This makes an ideal spot for putting your feet up and slowly starting to unwind.

Bring that book you wanted to read.

You have a fully equipped KITCHENETTE but no cook stove. USE OF A GAS BBQ. It has an under the counter fridge and microwave oven. This suite is supplied with a drip coffee pot and filters, a toaster and electric kettle. There are glasses,dishes, cutlery and a tea pot for my English friends.

This private suite is separate and self catering.

At the front, on the main floor there is a dinette table and chairs, additional choice of seating. The radio/cd player has MP3 capabilities. The 27” SONY TRINITON TV is on cable. DVD player in room phone. There is a Video Gallery near by.

The upstairs is all bedroom with a four piece bathroom. There is a second TV upstairs on cable. The second floor is very spacious and bright with good ventilation including a ceiling fan.

Excellent QUEEN BED on a posture board and an additional SINGLE BED to be arranged in advance if required.

The private en suite bathroom has a walk in shower. Generous supply of towels on hand at all times.

This suite works out nicely if you are here for a few days as you have the freedom and privacy of two floors.

WHIRLPOOL SUITE

Two queen bedrooms

This private 750 square foot suite with a FIREPLACE is located on the MAIN FLOOR front of my home.It has private parking and its own entrance.

There is a small kitchenette with a microwave oven, an under the counter fridge, tea pot, drip coffee pot, electric kettle, toaster and iron. Fully equipped but no stove or oven. USE OF A GAS BBQ. This suite is separate and self catering.

The first room is a bed sitting room with a small colour TV on cable, Queen bed, Radio and alarm clock and in room phone.

The en suite private bathroom has a door to each bedroom. There is a bath tub with hand rails, shower and residential 4 jet whirlpool tub. Cyclists and walkers enjoy this perk. The second bedroom also has a well supported Queen bed.

I have recently added a small bright corner sitting room with an excellent gas FIREPLACE, large colour TV on cable, a VCR, CD and cassette player.......the works.

Breakfast

Thank you for considering Addison's, you will enjoy the privacy that B and B's are not able to offer. This suite is separate and self catering not a bed and breakfast.

There is a small kitchenette. The neighbourhood Restaurant starts serving breakfast at 7AM from
$3.10 CAN for two eggs, bacon, hash brown and two pieces of toast.You can’t beat this place. Or for a local drive through, try our new
Tim Horton’s Coffee.

Local Attractions

NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE, Ontario, Canada

We are located in town a three minute walk to Lake Ontario and the fantastic sunsets.

Awarded the prettiest town in Canada the summer of 1996. NOTL is a small historic town located at the mouth of the Niagara River and Lake Ontario.

Niagara Falls, its new Casino and many tourist attractions are a beautiful 20 minute drive along the scenic Niagara Parkway that follows the river and connects our towns.

Niagara-on-the-Lake, was the first capital of Upper Canada before the government was relocated to Toronto which is only 1 1/2 hours away. The town was left with many historic homes of substance and an adorable main street called Queen Street.

We are the home of the Shaw Festival's three theatres and boast to have one of the finest acting ensembles in North America. Due to this clientele you will find
Niagara-on-the-Lake and it's many shops and restaurants to be first class compared to the glitz of the Falls.

Relax the mind and rejuvenate the soul. Walk, cycle or roller blade along the river's recreational trail or leisurely stroll our tree lined streets and take time to smell the flowers.

Historians enjoy visiting an area that is rich in military history due to the war of 1812. The Welland Canal is central to our history. It provides the only link for international shipping between the Great lakes and the Atlantic Ocean. There is a very nice viewing station at lock three, about ten minutes from here.

Mother Nature has blessed Niagara with a micro climate that has given us a dozen wineries that encourage tours and tasting. One winery also operates one of our finest dining experiences. Fruits and vegetable stands dot the countryside.

You will find our restaurant food is of excellent quality.
