Breakfast
The smell of coffee may get you out of bed, but the aroma of a homemade breakfast will draw you to the table. Breakfast is served between 9:00 and 10:00 am. Our breakfasts are inspired by seasonally fresh local ingredients prepared by your hostess Christine, who is also a Chef.
For every breakfast we serve fruit or a baked fruit dish, fruit juices, coffee, tea, a cooked breakfast dish such as waffles, pancakes, French toast, quiche, eggs with Canadian Bacon and home fries or one of Chef Christine's original creations. This is followed by a home-baked treat such as muffins, coffee cake, or pastries. The pantry and fridge are usually stocked with home-made granola, cereals, yoghurt, home-made jams, honey, peanut butter and more! We take full advantage of the local produce and products! A continental breakfast is available for golfers and early departures, with arrangements made the day prior.
Please advise of special diet requirements or allergies prior to arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Your Chef is 'Food-Safe' trained.
